Obituary of Lewis A. Butler

Lewis A. Butler, age 82, of Tabernacle passed away Tuesday, April 28 at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mt. Holly. Born in Woodbine, NJ, Lewis resided in Columbus before moving to Tabernacle in 2003.
Lewis served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a retired machinist with Consarc in Rancocas.
Lewis is survived by his wife, Jean (Hammitt) Butler; a son, Jeffrey Powell of Tabernacle; a daughter, Kathy Curtis of Browns Mills and two grandchildren, Robert and Vernon.
Funeral services and interment in the BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Arneytown are private at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com).
