Leslie Traeger, 64, of Trenton passed away peacefully on Monday, March 2, 2015 at CareOne at Hamilton. Born in New York to the late Max and Mary Traeger, Leslie grew up there before moving to New Jersey where she has spent over 30 years in the greater Trenton area. She enjoyed the horse track; Philly Park to be exact, dining out and the Home Shopping Network. Leslie was a very strong willed and proud woman who adored her dogs and saw her grandchildren as the apples of her eye. She had an infectious smile, an amazing personality and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Leslie is predeceased by her parents and her sister Joyce Traeger. She leaves behind her two sons, Jim Merlucci and wife Liz of New Egypt, Daniel Merlucci of D.C., her brother Edward Traeger and wife Naomi of New Jersey, sister Marlene Leibowitz and husband Irving of Tennessee, her cherished grandchildren Ryan Joseph and Thomas Merlucci, as well as many nieces and nephews.
