Obituary of William J. Teehan

William J. Teehan, age 75, of Cream Ridge died Sunday, October 13 at RWJ University Hospital at Hamilton. Born in Trenton, he was a resident of Cream Ridge for the past 24 years and formerly of Hamilton.
Bill served in the US Navy and was a retired truck driver for Tattersall’s Oil Company in Trenton and he also operated his own business, Balloons For All Occasions in New Egypt for many years. Bill enjoyed firearms and target practice and was a member of the Central Jersey Rifle and Pistol Club in Jackson and was a member of the NRA.
Bill is survived by his wife, Patricia (nee Conners) Teehan; two daughters, Karen M. Tiger and husband Joe of Hamilton and Sandra L. Teehan of Cream Ridge; 5 grandchildren, Jacob Bogucki, Joseph Tiger, Joshua Tiger, Ryan Lloyd and Brooklyn Rocco; a brother, Albert Teehan and wife Christine of Trenton; his mother-in-law, Janet Conners of Hamilton and he was also survived by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Funeral services for Bill will be held on Friday, October 18 at 1:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com) with burial to follow in Zion Cemetery in New Egypt. Calling hours will be on Friday morning from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
