Marliese D. Fredlund, age 71, of Jacobstown died Monday, March 30 at RWJ University Hospital in Hamilton. Born in Germany, she was a resident of Jacobstown since 1969 and previously of Louisville, KY. Marliese was retired from the State of NJ, Department of Labor, Workers Compensation Division in Trenton. She served for 25 years on the North Hanover Township Recreation Committee. She enjoyed Bingo and trips to Atlantic City, but most of all she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Daughter of the late James K. and Lore Dalton and sister of the late Michael and Dieter Dalton, Marliese is survived by a son, Michael Fredlund and wife Terri of Littleton, CO; four daughters, Monica Fredlund-Goodnow and partner Paula Grant of Florence, Michele Fredlund of Jacobstown, Margaret Nixon and husband Chris of Jacobstown and Mona Fredlund and fianc? Ron Miller of Waterford; her longtime partner, Stan Getavesky of Chesterfield; a brother William Dalton and wife Diane of Panama City, FL; a sister-in-law, Helga Dalton of Mansfield Twp.; 13 grandchildren; a great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 4 at 1:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com). Calling hours are Saturday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions in Marliese?s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, P. O.
