Martin Paone, Jr., age 60, of Cookstown died Sunday, March 22 at his residence. Born in Perth Amboy, he lived in South Brunswick before moving to Cookstown ten years ago. Martin had worked as a plumber for Roto-Rooter in North Brunswick. He was a member of Rolling Thunder NJ Chapter 2 in Forked River, he enjoyed farming, his animals and hunting. Son of the late Martin and Gloria (Maul) Paone, Sr.; he is survived by his wife, Heidi (nee Renk) Paone; his three children, Martin A. Paone and wife Sherry of Syracuse, NY, Cindy Pawlyzyn and husband Nicolas of Cookstown and Craig Adams of Asbury Park; three grandchildren, Markus and Karlee Paone and Nicolas Pawlyzyn, Jr.; six brothers, Anthony Paone of Northampton, PA, Victor Paone of North Carolina, Frank Paone of Bangor, PA, Greg Rand of Pennsylvania, Mark Pane of Norwich, NY and Alan Paone of Mystic Island, NJ; two sisters, Jean Maul of St. Petersburg, FL and Anna Grimes of Parkertown, NJ and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Martin will be held on Thursday, March 26 at 3:00 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com). Calling hours will be on Thursday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
