We went on a hike in Princeton and almost got lost in the woods! I thought we were going to have to spend the night in the woods. Luckily I followed him around until we found out way. Just like always he was my leader.

Wil was a remarkable person. From the time he was a toddler, he amazed us with his intelligence. He absorbed everything he heard and would happily regale you with random facts.
I miss him terribly. I’m not alone in that emptiness.

I remember Wil very well. First we met watching an Eagles game at his Mom's house, the second at his aunt's in Levittown. Along with his Mom and his Grandmother all of the Yeagers, and yes there were may are and were fine people to be with. A story Sue told that stays with me to this day was, about a Pineapple. Sue had bought it to enjoy later when she got home, Yet when she did get home from work, it was gone. Sue serched the whole house, yet no Pineapple. Wil was in the house, as far as Sue knew the only one who could have absconded with the fruit. Sue couldn't believe Wil would want a whole pineapple. Yet She wondered about it all evening. Then her daughter called. I can't believe Wil would take the Pineapple! Her daughter said, Mom, I put the Pineapple in the oven the cat was chewing on it. Sue laughed so much, but felt so bad that in her mind, Wil didn't even leave a note for the Pineapple he did not take. Today, When I see or even smell a Pineapple,I think of Wil, and Sue. A very funny, but very good memory of both

I have such sweet memories of Wil! When he was only 2 he could spell his name on the refrigerator using those alphabet magnets. He was so innocent and so intelligent, even at that early age.
Our families used to go camping and I remember one year hiking through the woods and we had to change our course because Wil saw evidence of an ancient burial ground. Of course we could not walk through it. He loved and respected nature and people.
I will miss Wil every day, but never stop remembering and loving him!

We all noticed very early that Wil was exceptional. He was about four when he proclaimed he was going to be a paleontologist! That’s a six syllable word for four-year-old. He was intelligent, inquisitive, and beautiful. Wil, you will be greatly missed and in our hearts forever.
Love, Aunt Patrice

I didn’t know Wil for a long time but that certainly didn’t matter, we became instant friends. He was thoughtful, kind, endlessly creative, funny, and just an amazing man all around. He will be missed deeply. See you on the other side Wil

The first time I met Wil, it was when he helped remove a BAT from a room. There are several ways this could have gone. He chose to use a big paper bag to catch it, and then he released it outside. This taught me something about him immediately. Every interaction I had with him after that reinforced my understanding of the gentleness and kindness of his soul.

I worked closely with Wil over the last 3 years we were a great team at work. Many people thought we were sister and brother. So that is what he became a little brother. Way much smarter than me he taught me a lot. I will miss our conversations and his upfront honesty. He always told me that he wanted to make the world better in any way he could. He built a bond with my family as well. He was loved and will forever be missed!

When Wil was a little guy, he would look you right in the eyes and those big beautiful eyes would look all the way into your soul… he was gentle and thoughtful to his core and I am certain this carried through to adulthood… It was an honor to have known him…
Always in or hearts,
Ellen Jones
