Richard E. Fennel, Sr., age 53, of Southampton died Thursday, June 12 at home. Born in Offenbach, Germany, he was a resident of Southampton for the past 2 years and formerly of New Egypt. Richard had been employed for 34 years as a Parts Technician for several area Ford dealers, most recently Haldeman Ford in Hamilton. Son of the late Richard and Mildred Fennel, he is survived by three children, Richard E. Fennel, Jr., Marie Fennel and Allison Fennel all of Cream Ridge and his former wife, Dinese Fennel also of Cream Ridge. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 21 at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Cemetery, 1137 North Broad Street in Hillside, NJ. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com).
