Sherman M. Nathanson, age 86, a longtime resident of Jackson, New Jersey, was called to his God, his loving Wife Mary, and his Mother Lillian on December 20, 2023. Born in 1937, he lived a life of service. He was proud of his time in the Air Force and as Union President at Western Electric. He was happiest doing for others. He proudly lived life as a father, father-in-law, grandfather, and great grandfather. “Boppy” will be remembered as the life of the party by his three daughters, his son, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, eight grandchildren and four great grand children. He was happiest surrounded by family and friends, with a cup of coffee in his hand watching his New York Yankees, Rangers, or Giants. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 from 10:00am until 12:00noon at Tilghman Funeral Home 52 Main Street New Egypt, NJ 08533. A Funeral Service will begin at 11:30am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Brig. Gen. WC Doyle Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
