Eva L. Conk, age 86, of Cream Ridge died Wednesday, April 2 at her home, surrounded by her family. Born in Colliers Mills, she was a lifetime area resident. Eva was previously employed by the Big ?A? Laundromat, the New Egypt Slot Car Track and most recently as a clerk for Red Cedar Market in Jackson. Husband of the late Robert B. Conk, Sr. and sister of the late Florence Connor, Fred Johnson, William Johnson and Norman ?Gabby? Johnson, she is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Robert & Mary Ann Conk, Jr. of Brodnax, VA, Gary & Pam Conk of Cream Ridge and Terry & Donna Conk of Cream Ridge; a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara & John Blanda of New Egypt; her twin brother, Irvin Johnson of Cream Ridge; 18 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be on Monday, April 7 at 11:00 AM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com), with Rev. Horace Frantz and Pastor Kim Wecht, co-officiating. Interment will be in the Allentown Methodist Cemetery in Allentown, NJ. Calling hours will be on Sunday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and again on Monday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
