Joseph L. Clark, age 71, long-time area resident of Browns Mills, formerly of New Egypt and Lakehurst, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022 at Samaritan Hospice in Mt. Holly. He was born March 24, 1951 in Guam to the late Joseph and Elaine (nee Hutson) Clark. Joe was an outdoor man who enjoyed cutting the grass and maintaining his pool. He enjoyed taking trips to Lancaster, PA, Columbus Flea Market, and Atlantic City. Joe was the family’s personal weather man. He loved his grandchildren tremendously. Joe was a homebody but most importantly he’s always been a family man who always put himself last after everyone else. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend that will be deeply missed. Joe is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Elaine Clark; his brothers and sister, James Clark, Jon-Scott Clark, and Sharon Clark. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 42 years, Diane Clark of Browns Mills; his daughters, Mindy Jobes and fiancé James Bullock of Browns Mills, Margery Kendra and husband Chuck of Bordentown, Karyn Clark of Massachusetts, Kristina Clark of Massachusetts, and Kimberly Clark of Massachusetts; two sisters, Kathy Prue of New York and Vickie Belanger of Maine; his seventeen grandchildren, Jordon, Alex, Cidney, Troy, Brandon, Jacob, Trevor, Little Richie, Ryan, Julieanni, Nickolas, Alexis, Nathin, Joshua, Autumn, Dominick, and King James and his great-grandchildren, Christian, Violet and one on the way. A funeral service for Joe will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 1:30 PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533 with interment to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery located at 217 Odd Fellows Road, Pemberton, NJ 08068. Calling hours will be held from 12 PM to 1:30 PM at the funeral home.
