Tyler J. Downes, age 23 of Pemberton, died on July 4, 2022 at home. Born in Long Branch, he lived in Manalapan for most of his life before moving to Pemberton a year ago. He worked for Armor Security and was a former Marine. Tyler enjoyed bowling, playing video games, sport shooting, jujitsu, and his BMW. Tyler’s beautiful heart and soul will be truly missed. Tyler is survived by his loving mother Janet Downes and step-father John Williams of Pemberton along with his siblings Devon and Destiny Williams; his loving father Joe Himmelreich and step-mother Cherie Himmelreich of Maryland with siblings Larkin and Lucas Himmelreich; his grandparents, John and Claire Downes and Deborah Guadaitis; his aunts and uncles, Tammy Downes, Christine and Nick Sinkewitz, Kevin Downes, and Tanya and Jay Froriep; as well as many cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, July 13, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Tilghman Funeral Home 52 Main Street New Egypt, NJ 08533. Interment will be on Thursday at 11:00am in the Fair View Cemetery, Middletown, NJ.
