Elizabeth B. Trammell, age 97, long time resident of Cream Ridge, passed away on May 1, 2021 at The Clare Estate in Bordentown City. She was born on July 5, 1923 in Ashland, Alabama to the late Joseph and Emma Brooks. Elizabeth was a 2nd grade teacher for 25 years for North Hanover Township. She was a member of New Jersey Educational Association. Elizabeth enjoyed sewing, gardening and reading. Most importantly, she adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend that will be deeply missed. Elizabeth is predeceased by her beloved husband, Webster B. Trammell, Sr.; her son Frederick G. Trammell; and four sisters and a brother. She leaves behind her three sons, Webster Trammell Jr. and wife Kathy of Middletown, NJ, Joseph Trammell of Roosevelt, NJ, Francis Trammell and wife Imelda of Titusville, FL; her two daughters, Deborah E. Trammell of Pittsburgh, PA, and Priscilla Luppke and husband David of Cream Ridge, NJ; her seven grandchildren; her six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 4:00PM to 6:00PM, at Tilghman Funeral Home located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533. A funeral service will begin at 6:00PM. Internment will take place 11:00AM, Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Princeton Memorial Park Cemetery in Robbinsville, NJ.
