Billy was my cousin. We grew up together as kids. Things were really different then. We always had the most fun but sometimes it got us in alot of trouble. Bill taught me how to drive a tractor. There was always chores to be done on the farm. He never could figure out why I liked doing them, it was great fun for me cause I'd go home later. As kids we would hunt alot, race cars around the fields and just be tough guys. We loved to make home made ice cream with raw milk at the farm. My best memories will always be with Billy because I'm Bill Birds cousin....Love ya Carl Thompson

Billy and family, Our hearts are broken, in the Schreiner family. It was your Dad who sent us to you over 20 or 25 years ago. Your dad came to visit me at work almost every day. During his non smoking years, he brought me a lollipop, and of course the conversations were always surrounded around your grandma and mostly you kids. Other than at your shop, I haven't seen him since the last retirement luncheon and am so glad to have had that last hug and conversation with him. I never saw him unhappy. He always had a smile on his face and probably because he was always thinking of you guys. He was so proud of you all. He will be greatly missed. May God bless your family with strength during this difficult time and the days and years to come. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Hugs from Bob and I.
