Obituary of Michael Hathazi

Michael Hathazi, age 82, formerly of New Egypt, died in Surprise, Arizona on November 25. Born in Florence, NJ he was a resident of New Jersey and Pennsylvania before moving to Arizona. Michael was a retired dairy farmer/truck driver. He also served our country as a Sea Bee in the United Stated Navy in 1943. Preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine Hathazi; he is survived by his eight children, Michael Hathazi and Christine Wolfe both of New Jersey, Mark Hathazi of California, David Hathazi of Maryland, Diane Hathazi of Florida, Sharon Rusek of Pennsylvania, Pamela Burg of Montana and Patricia Ramey of Illinois; 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Private military funeral services and interment will be held on December 28, 2007 at the BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Arneytown. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com).
