Obituary of William A. Collas

William A. Collas, age 76, of Plumsted Township, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. He was born in Newark NJ to the late George and Amelia Collias. Bill worked as a horse trainer and loved every moment of it. Bill loved to fish and garden. He also enjoyed the horse track, the ocean and cooking. He was devoted to his family and friends and was known as a storyteller. Bill was a loving father, grandfather, uncle and friend who will be deeply missed.

Bill is predeceased by his parents and his brother James Collas. He leaves behind his daughter Jeanne Collas of New Egypt; his grandson Anthony Rinaudo and his fiancé Sydney Sullivan of New Egypt; his brothers John Collas of North Carolina and Theodore Collas of Mexico; his ex-wife and friend Linda Collas-Roberts of Arizona; Niece Gigi Collas-Wohlrob and husband Tommy, Nephew Ted Collas Jr. and wife Maria, along with several other loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a Memorial Service on Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 2PM to 4PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt NJ 08533.
