James H. Towles, Jr., 43, of New Egypt passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at Lourdes Medical Center in Willingboro, NJ. There will be no public services. Jimmy was a tremendous athlete for most of his life. He was a fierce competitor on the baseball field, the basketball court and the golf course. He was also an avid fisherman and loved to fish locally in our lakes. Jimmy was also a huge fan of local dirt track racing and was a key member of the Section 6 Gang at New Egypt Speedway, where he will be missed and remembered for all the shenanigans that come with being a race fan. Over the years many memories were made with Jimmy playing guitar around a fire pit. Jimmy was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Jimmy was predeceased by his mother, Barbara McGuire Towles. He was survived by his father; James “Harvey” Towles, Sr., a sister Kerrie (Gaskill) and her husband John, all of New Egypt, NJ.
