Lena "Muz" Grecco, 87, passed into heaven on Saturday, June 29, 2013. Loving family were with her to the end. She was born in Brooklyn, the eldest of three girls to John and Frances Camaroto. She married Charles Grecco and had two children. She commuted to Manhattan for a few years with her daughter where she worked for Continental Insurance Company as an executive secretary. Lena lived in Brooklyn for 34 years, Staten Island for 32 years, and settling in Plumsted, NJ in 1992 after her husband passed away to be closer to her daughter. She enjoyed her collection of plush and ceramic frogs, knitting, gardening, reading, watching old movies, but most of all her grandchildren. Nothing gave her more pleasure than them. Lena is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Keith Jones, her son, John Grecco, and five grandchildren Keith Jones, Christopher Jones, Anthony Jones, Amy Grecco and Sonny Grecco. Lena was a member of The Church of the Assumption in New Egypt, where she will be buried. Mass and private burial will be held in September following the return of her grandson to the states. The family would like to thank 'Life Choice' Hospice for helping care for Lena and her family up until her last breath.
