Laura V. Schneider, age 85, of Whiting died Tuesday, June 4 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Philadelphia, she was a longtime resident of Browns Mills before moving to Whiting in 2008. Laura was a member of the Browns Mills Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Laura was predeceased by her husband, Peter G. Schneider and by a son, George Schneider. She is survived by three sons, Mark A. Schneider and wife Svetlana of Browns Mills, Gregory J. Schneider of Whiting and Peter G. Schneider, Jr. of Browns Mills; ten grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Funeral services for Laura will be held on Friday, June 7 at 12:00 Noon at the Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street in New Egypt (www.tilghmanfh.com), with burial to follow in the BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown. Calling hours will be on Friday morning from 10:00 AM until Noon at the funeral home.
